We all decided to get together to celebrate the 24th this year and I'm glad we did. Isn't this holiday all about families and faith? We are so blessed to actually like our family that being together is more pleasure than pain...Not everyone can say that;)
Some of the boys trying to keep cool in the pool of the clubhouse
Everyone waiting around for the pioneer food I guess...
Here we are at Amanda's baby shower (same day)...
the little girls can't even touch their feet to the floor...
What in the world is Mandy licking anyway...is that a diaper in her hand? Sick...
This is my super cute daughter and I think she's making poor Annabelle cry...why is she smiling about it?
My very cute niece Amanda and her very cute husband David and their very cute, soon to be born son...Easton? Jaxson? Nash? That will be the surprise I guess...
My very cute son Kasey towering over his poor cute granny Elaine.
Some of the family here preparing our pioneer feast. We could only bring foods that the pioneers would eat on the treck to Utah...Man they ate well!
Many thanks to our Pioneer Ancestors for their faith and determination to follow the Lord.
They certainly made my life better and I hope that generational chain of faith holds strong for many generations to come. Happy Pioneer Day!

Kitten Free Campers
We took our trailer out for it's maiden voyage this weekend to Bear Lake. It was so beautiful there and so much cooler. We didn't take a picture of the whole thing set up (don't know why) but here are a few of our little home away from home. No one would go with us so it was just Blaine and I. That's an interesting phase of life. When we came home Blaine had the brilliant idea to take our kittens to wal-mart and see if we could find homes for them. It worked!!! We are now cat free and I am officially declaring this home a cat free zone! Good job boys.
All in all it was a great 4th of July and I must say how much I love this country!
